We ship across India using trusted delivery partners like India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
 

Delivery Time

• Pan India: Typically within 5–10 business days after dispatch

• Delays may occur during holidays or due to regional restrictions
   

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
 

Packaging

We take special care in packaging prints and books to avoid damage during transit. Framed prints are packed securely with protective wrapping.
 

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping partner details.
 

💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: June 1st, 2025

We want you to love what you order. However, due to the custom and signed nature of our products, we follow the policy below:
 

Cancellation

• Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order

• Post-dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, email us at sajeesh.getme@gmail.com with your order ID
 

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of:

• Incorrect item delivered

• Damage in transit

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and include photo proof.
 

Refunds

• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days

• Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment

No refunds will be issued for products damaged due to customer mishandling.
